If you want to explore Medicare Supplemental insurance or Medigap, there are lots of options.  You must have Medicare Parts A and B but then purchase a Medicare Supplement policy to cover certain costs that Medicare does not.  There are 8 federally standardized Medicare Supplement insurance plans that are offered in most states – Plans A through N.  They are offered by many different insurance companies.
